Delta Air Lines Inc. (NYSE: DAL) is cracking down on service or support animals with “enhanced requirements” for customers effective March 1.

The Atlanta-based airline said that the new steps will further protect its customers, employees and the animals by implementing advance documentation requirements for those service animals.
